I must have listened to this song about 100 times yesterday.
I feel out of the music loop. My hipster cred is on the wane, you guys.
I can't listen to cd101 anymore, so what do I have? WWOZ?
No. It's not as good as people down here want to believe.
I don't care about obscure jazz music. Maybe I should, but I don't. I want to hear songs like this:
So I've been listening to Spin and Pitchfork's top songs of 2011 and I got to listening to this song.
Clams Casino. "I'm God"
It just makes me feel so gooooooood. Good like pumpkin pie. Good like a walk on the beach. Good like naps. Just really effing good.
I do wonder how this dude got his name, Clams Casino. I can only imagine it was from Shallow Hall when Jack Black's hypnosis is broken and he sees a fat Gwenyth Paltrow eating his dinner and he's like, "Who is this person? ... Now she's eating my CLAMS CASINO!"

I also like this song. and i appreciate you to select this song because this is the best song.

Mort You underestimate how much it takes to learn/perform a new song. It's not like FNM are rieharseng every weekend when they aren't touring. Patton (and Billy, for that matter) are both incredibly busy, and likely only play with FNM a few times before heading out on tour. They likely just started this new song on the rehearsals for the South American tour. So, no, they probably don't have other songs. That's not to say that Billy doesn't have dozens and dozens of new songs that COULD be future new songs, but it's pretty off-base to say they probably have more songs just because they've been touring since 09.
